What is Steerio?

Steerio is a simple and effective solution leveraging team feedback, management best practices, data and behavioural sciences to augment teamwork. The platform enables people to regularly share personal insights about their team and project and discuss where improvement action is needed. What Steerio is not?
- Classical project management tool: Steerio follows a people-first approach (no Gantt chart, activity tracking or budget monitoring).
- HR platform: Steerio does not use personal information (we focus on the team – third-party service providers included - not on individuals). No feedback can be traced back by the manager or any other user.
- Mood survey: Steerio focuses on optimizing teamwork: objectives, strategy, structure, communication… (in our opinion, happiness is a consequence of great collaboration and collective achievement, not a final objective).
